Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MobieTrack. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for safeguarding your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach security, upload unlawful content, or use MobieTrack in a manner that harms other users or the platform.

3. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in PKR. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Service availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

MobieTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
